Pathfinder Law

12 January 2016

The Pathfinder Law is for me to ‘keep the morning watch, do my honest part, care for my body, keep a level eye, be courteous and obedient, walk softly in the sanctuary, keep a song in my heart and Go on Gods errands’.
This Law is not mere recital, it should be a Code of Conduct which every Pathfinder abides by. This Pathfinder Law is a lifestyle, it is a way of living, a culture! Even before declaring your ‘Pathfinder’ status and even before you are ever seen in Pathfinder uniform, the Pathfinder Law should have been evident in your life. People should just see from your actions that you are a Pathfinder.
As such, a gathering of Pathfinders should be the most dignified and respectable gathering of all times. This is because you never need to tell a Pathfinder how to behave at church, they know not to make noise, they know not to chew gum and run around. You can never report any disobedience or bad attitude done by a Pathfinder because they live according to the Pathfinder Code of Conduct- The Pathfinder Law.
Any pathfinder gathering should be the most dignified and disciplined gathering of all times as it is a collection of very well behaved young leaders.

Are there any Pathfinders you know of, who live according to this Law?... As a Pathfinder, you should set the example.
