Serving Others- Pathfinder Voyager

26 January 2016

The Voyager is treated as one who can carry out the task of community service even alone. You as the Director know your club and thus you need to decide as to whether your Voyager class can carry out these tasks individually or if you need them to go in pairs or if you rather they go as an entire group.

The program layout and speakers and activities of their community program should come from them. You should facilitate and encourage them to bring their own ideas.

Furthermore, the Voyager should be encouraged to invite a friend to some of the Pathfinder gatherings and events. The easiest to invite is ones best friend at school.

As Director, you need to arrange something special to acknowledge all the invited guests and make their Pathfinder experience a memorable one. Do notice those who visit a second and third time and show appreciation and warmth of their presence.

Remember, Pathfinder is a ministry and any form of evangelism and growth should be highly encouraged.
