You were fearfully and
wonderfully made in the image of God and as such, you need to portray the image
and character of God. You need to love, respect and have obedience. Fear can
Never be part of your life! You need to walk with confidence and always remind
yourself that ‘I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength’
(Philippians 4:13). You need to have a ‘Yes I can’ attitude to life and
‘Whatever your hands find to do, do it with all your might’ (Ecclesiastes 9:10).
Don’t spend months in practicing a Pathfinder discipline such as knot-tying or first aid or semaphores and then shy away when you need to do such disciplines in front of judges and parents and other Pathfinders. In all you do, give it your best.
Well, effectively, I was not privileged enough to be a Pathfinder up growing up and so a Pathfinder or one who is groomed in Pathfinder discipline may have more ‘tools’ to share for Pathfinders.
